Did you check with your Bescom bill account ID only in app or in website? Try in both and see if you’re getting the same error.
I checked it on web but now checked on App. App gives a clear error saying that “Due date expired….due on Feb 19 2016”. So it looks like the new bill did not get uploaded yet.
Finally my bill appeared, paid it and got CB as well:)
