Paid Rs.891 bill through mobile site from CC successfully. It’s been 6 minutes now and still no cashback.

Edit: Got CB 11 minutes after the payment. VU

Paid my BESCOM bill 30 mins back web using my wallet balance and I got the cashback of Rs. 200 now. The deal is working fine.. Thanks for the deal

u did big mistake by combining both..
freecharge have problem when u combine wallet balance and CC..

If u have done directly by CC, it suppose to come..
Now follow up with CC

DOn;t mix up both wallet balance and other mode of payment..
Cashback may be denied or you have to talked to CC..

Either pay through normal mode or pay through wallet fully (if T & C says)

Update : got my cash back credited. Used on web for bescom payment with wallet balance and remaing thru cc.

I checked it on web but now checked on App. App gives a clear error saying that “Due date expired….due on Feb 19 2016”. So it looks like the new bill did not get uploaded yet.
