Try paying for another credit card. It works. I looted it that way. Not sure if they have found loophole yet. Also used fi, Jupiter, idfc, etc to get max loot

I got refund for failed transaction please check urs
They are scamming people avoid using this app. i made 3 transactions out of which only 2 were credited when i reached to their twitter support they blocked my Innopay account
thats what. i literally had zero interest in using their app after facing such experience and non customer centric behavior. but they could have done that post refunding my amount or resolving my issue.
I will send them a legal notice and get my money back along with all the expenses.
My point here to share the experience is to let the people know what kind of mess they might end up with if they trust too much on this application and this organisation.
there are too many issues and bugs in their application and the worst part they are not at all customer centric to resolve those.
First time in my life i have seen employees of an organization talking to the customer in a really bad manner on a recorded call and threatening. Lots of users are facing issue and they are not responsive.
so use this application with caution
Theses apps would give cashback as bait. And when you use them one or two times, your one transaction will fail.
@sa.smartboy007476 LOL, i just ask in my whatsapp groups, everyone got refund within 3 working days (dnt count bank holidays or sunday).
After reading your comments, looks like you are very impatient person. 😀
However, They did not do the right thing by blocking you but we also don't know what you would have said and how you would have told them.
Note - Some people said that the refund has not come but their 3 working days have not completed that's why I won't count them. For those who have completed 3 working days, auto refund has come without any complaint.
-When it comes to credit card payments time is of importance unless you are someone who got extra money in case it gets stuck. As most of people pay on the due date or near to it.
-Its not about the delay in refund/settlement its about how a company treats its customer. No organization is allowed to be arrogant or rude with customer while customer can coz they are the ones who face inconvenience.
-being a Org dealing with payment they are not registered with RBI, NCH and anywhere else.
-Coming to the point where you mentioned that you dont know what i would have said, you can go ahead to their twitter support and check the tweets.
it is understandable that you are earning referral bonus from them however doesn't justifies that you start defending a something which isn't right and start calling people impatient who is highlighting the potential isssues.
