Just thinking on this hypothesis: (NOT REAL just hypothesis)

1) An app creator creates an app that pays bills using a payment gate way

2) And plans a small trick

3) trick is for 100 times doing a transaction 1 times a failure should happen out of the total

4) and the MAIN TRICK IS THE TRANSACTION AMOUNT IS just 1000 so failure wont hurt people they will patiently wait and WONT Complain to RBI

4) and keep that 101 transancation money for 7 days or 20 days

5) returns it after enjoying the interest "on the failed transaction amount" for 7 or 20 days out of which pay small 1% commission who uses his gateway

6) viola free money out of thin air out of other people failure transaction

hmm how does this sounds like? ... this is hypothesis but still a hypothesis...
