@TridentDG he is my friend. You have proof now.
My average is almost 10 k daily 5 days a week!
Highest is 40k+ when I do Goverdhan Yatra by foot!!
Never recorded steps! But longest in a day would be something around 8kms.
It all started as a simple morning jog to kickstart my day, but what unfolded was something straight out of an adventure movie. After just 5,000 steps, I found myself in the middle of a neighborhood scavenger hunt (thanks to a group of kids who insisted I join). Their energy was contagious, so I decided to help them out, and suddenly I was racing from street to street, decoding clues like Sherlock Holmes on a sugar rush! 🕵️♂️🍭 We chased down clues hidden in trees, ran through parks, and even had to ask a friendly dog for help (who was surprisingly good at sniffing out the next stop). Before I knew it, I had hit 20,000 steps, but we weren’t done yet. As we reached the final clue — a hidden alleyway — my fitness tracker buzzed with 25,487 steps. Victory! 🎉 Not only did we win the hunt, but I also became a step-counting superhero for the day. Step by step, it turned into the most fun-filled and unexpected day of walking ever. And yes, I made some new tiny friends along the way! 👟👫
Visited laal quila, Jama masjid and Chandni chowk market as well.

4500 steps around 5 km distance. Sorry don't have the screenshot. Had not Met an old friend for many months and on my last visit to hometown, could not fix a time to catch up. Decided to meet up for morning walk at 6 am. Had a great walk reminiscing our school days and latest ongoings in our lives. N the weather was fantastic. It drizzled a bit.
After a meniscal tear in my left knee, I was told to walk starting low and then ramp it up to 3 hours a day by my PT. Brisk walking.
I would day I was walking 20000 steps a day minimum after about 6 weeks for about 10 days.
The highest number of steps would be when I was trekking in the mountains of Darjeeling last year. I covered around 16 km in a day. It was an incline of some degrees, but I don’t know the exact number of steps I covered
My highest step count in a day was around 18300
Walked 43000+ in a day...
Blessed to have visited Shri Kedarnath Dham on foot.
In the month of October?
Aprox 20mins per day 😬
My roadside step counter watch (made in Ch***) runs faster even if im taking rest 😜😇 It became slim & its strap detached 😆🤣
Share the highest number of steps you have walked in a day. The contest period should be extended to September 19th or for one month. A shorter duration might make it difficult for participants to share screenshots or provide proof, allowing members like @KingRocks to recreate previously achieved records 😀
Around 8000 to 10000 steps during the bus strike
I don't like gadgets which needs frequent charging so I am not using any fitness band or smart watch.
recording my steps using Google fit for last 3 years and found this as my highest step in single day.
one more point - this might not be my highest record as during some time of day, I try to keep myself away from phone and engage in some other activities. So may be on any other day when my steps was around 33-34k I might walked for another 4-5k steps which are not included in that day count.
Which trek was that?
Cant count coz i have not screenshot..but i was doing to babadham in shravan mela...maybe that was my hightest as per my view...100km in 3 days
29572 steps while visiting laal quila, Chandni chowk market, spice market and sadar bazaar in a single day
Completed the Kumara Parvatha Trek in a single day, total distance covered approx. 29 km. I didn't track, but it must be around 38K steps.
I don't have any gadget to count it , but daily walk more than 3 kms .
