Eligibility:
- Offer valid only per transaction CRN during offer period
- No minimum amount of transaction required
- Offer is applicable only on bus bookings after landing on GoIBIBO through KayMall during the offer period
- Only transactions done via Kotak Credit Card/Debit Cards to be considered for the offer
- Amazon Vouchers would be shared with the customer on their registered email id/phone number within 90 days from the last day of the last offer.
- Offer valid only per transaction CRN during offer period
- Each CRN is eligible to receive one voucher (max cap 500) during the offer period.
- Not eligible on Bookings that do not fall under above mentioned and other exceptions covered under TnC.
Steps to redeem the Offer on Kotak Mobile Banking App:
1. Login to your Kotak Mahindra Bank Mobile App
2. Go to KayMall section, select Bus
3. Select the Bus Operator for preferred route
4. Make payment through Kotak credit card or debit card or Kotak net banking only
5. Amazon vouchers will be sent to the eligible customers’ bank registered mobile number via
SMS and registered email ID via email within 90 business days from the end of the campaign.

Terms and Conditions:
1. This offer is funded and processed by Kotak Mahindra Bank’s discretion only for Kotak
Mobile App Customers (“Customer”) of Kotak Mahindra Bank (“Bank”) transacting on
GoIBIBO BUS (“GoIBIBO BUS”) in KayMall.
2. The Offer is valid from 25th October’21 to 30th November’21 (“Offer Period”)
3. Offer is for one time use only and cannot be clubbed with any other Offer
4. The Offer is valid only on successful transactions done. Failed, or cancelled transactions will
not be considered to be eligible for availing the benefits of the Offer.
5. Offer applicable once per CRN during the offer period
6. No Minimum transaction value required to be eligible for this offer.
7. The Offer is valid only on transaction/s done on KayMall (in Kotak Mobile Banking App)
8. The Amazon vouchers will be sent to the eligible customers’ bank registered mobile number
& email ID within 90 business days from the offer end date.
9. Kotak Mahindra Bank will procure the vouchers for eligible customers, which would then be
shared with the customer on their registered mobile number and email id by the bank.
10. Participation in this offer is voluntary
11. Only bookings made in the above mentioned categories are eligible for this offer.
12. Any Customer eligible to avail the Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and
accepted these terms and conditions, the general terms and conditions of the Bank and the
terms and conditions of the respective merchant in relation to the Offer before availing the
Offer. Bank merely facilitates its Customers to avail the Offer and it is in no way concerned
or connected with the terms and conditions of the merchants.
13. The Offer is non-negotiable, non-encashable and non-transferable.
14. Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or
inadequacy in the services rendered by the merchants – GoIBIBO (“GoIBIBO”), its agents or
representatives and the Customer hereby agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable
for, any losses, damages, costs, charges, expenses, claims (whether direct or indirect) actions
or demands suffered by the Customer in relation to availing the benefits under the Offer.
15. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the Offer if any
fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits
under the Offer.
16. The Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or
otherwise of the goods and services offered by GoIBIBO, its agents or representatives. Any
issue or dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be resolved by the Customer
directly with GoIBIBO without any reference to the Bank.
17. Bank reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason
whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to
replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or
to extend or withdraw it altogether.
18. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the
benefits of the Offer shall be borne solely by the Customer and the Bank will not be liable in
any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges
19. Disputes arising out of or in connection with the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of courts or tribunals in Mumbai.
20. The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to the Offer shall be
final and binding on all persons.
