Well, last time there was a glitch. Happened with me too. And these coupons were deemed invalid. Didn’t receive refund for them yet.

Sent an email just now asking for refund.

Last time i couldn’t purchase it. Paytm kept on refunding me the money back straight away. This time i have purchased it. Not going to Pizza Hut anytime soon, so i dont know if the code is valid or not. Most probably if you can purchase it, it should be okay since Little can either refund or give you a valid code on the phone itself while at the merchant store.

now we can purchase it successfully but the egv is showing as invalid on pizza hut website

you can call up little or email them, they will provide a valid code or refund.

They were certainly a nice bunch twice. But this time a lady picked up the call and it was possibly the worst call ever. Here’s how it went:

Me: I am looking for refund.
She: Yes sir.
She: So you didn’t get coupon?
Me: I got the Pizza Hut coupons. They are invalid due to technical glitch
She: Ok sir. So you cannot see coupon on your phone
Me: No, I can see them. But they are not working.
She: Ok sir. Let me check.
Me: Sure.

She: Sir, can you see coupon?
Me: Yes.
She: So what’s the problem sir?
Me: They are not working.
She: Why sir?
Me: I don’t know. You tell me. It was some technical glitch as said by your colleague.
She: OK sir. So what do you want?
Me: I need money back in my PayTM wallet.
She: Sir but you got coupon no sir?
Me: THEY ARE NOT WORKING!
She: Did you go to Pizza Hut sir?
Me: I checked online. Your colleague only told me they are not working.
She: OK, let me check sir.

Me: I want my money back.

i also had some problm few days back… i purchased 6 pizza hut gift voucher from little app each of 300 rs …and orderd pizzz and other stuff at pizza hut outlet worth 1755..but only 1 voucher worked that day..i called them (customer care little app) and asked why my vouchers showing zero balance ..he said can i talk to manager of pizza hut outlet. i said ok talk to him and put phone to manager of that outlet …after 2 minutes manager ruturned the phone to me and customer care said we are sorry sir.. these vouchers are generates from pizza hut.. i have just report an complain.. in 24 hours your voucher will refield with balance or we will refund
after 2 days i have reached pizza hut again but still vouchrs are active.. and again i calld them and ask why again same problm ..and askd for refund
but he refused and again says plz wait for 24 hours .it will refield with balance…all people at pizza hut where stairing at me and even manager and staff where laughing at me…
next i bought pizza hut voucher from amazon worth 4000
(2000*2)..nd reached pizza hut outlet at peak hour …and ordrd pizza worth 5000..when ordring pizza sir plz do not make any scene today if u again going to those voucher then plz first verify from little app customer care..i said- shut up keep adding my pizza and after reached bill if 5000 i said thats all…then i again applied little app vouchers and it didn’t worked and as usally i called little’s cc ..and as usaully he said can i talk to the manager..i sweatly said..sure!
for 10 minutes cc and the manager talked then manger said i cant help u…
and cc said sorry we will refund
and again evryone laughed at me nd manger said u can leave sir…
i said just give me 5 minutes and gave some famours gaalis of india to cc and after that orderd pizza worth 4000 from gift voucher which i bought from amazon… when leaving the outlet manager and whole staff said sorry sir we have misbehaved with u..we are sorry

So did you pay the Pizza outlet with cash? Sometimes this whole Little deal sucks. First time I used, I took my mom out and told her about the consequence. If this thing doesn’t work – we will pay cash. She was cool with it.

And it was a smooth process.

Then I bought few more vouchers and even called my brother to come with me. He was late to the place. I and mom were enjoying our lunch. When my brother came, I went to the counter and showed another voucher.

Manager wasn’t there that day. His assistant was. He saw what I did last time. And now tells me sir you can only use two voucher at the time – maybe because he saw me and mom in our last visit. I was furious. Called CC and wasted 10 min talking to them while these guys were staring at me. From them on, I double-check before I go to any restaurant with voucher.

Even Pizza Hut outlet in my area first takes the voucher, verifies whether it is working or not, then takes the order. I told them to do so before hand to avoid what some may call as a total embarrassment.

Sad that it happened to you on such a large amount.
