2) The amount will be credited as an automatic coupon in your PayUmoney account on July 17, 2015

I have forgotten date, but after survey completed you may receive mail from payumoney within 4 to 5 days to sign up & after you sign up it can take 2 to 3 days to credit rs 100 balance in your payumoney wallet

As per my knowledge your 10th sim won’t pass activation phase at the first place.. but it may be possible as we all know how messy & greedy telecom operators are. If TRAI weren’t this strict they’d have allowed any number of activation from one particular ID.

Yes u hve to put new email and number which r not registered with payu. First opwn the link in incognito mode in chrome select 2nd option as “no” then proceed then it will ask for email and number give new ones. U r done.
Repeat the same procedure by opening link in new incognito mode.
