You just have to enter the mobile number and email id in the survey. Registration process will be sent afterwards by payumoney on mentioned email id/mobile number. No need to register before.

I think you have to register using the mobile number u will mention in the survey coz otp verification would be required in order to get the credits.

Try clearing the browser cache. It works again and again but every time new number but device can be same.
