Maybe its due to billing cycle – My bill gets generated tomorrow assuming they will credit after that. I purchased on 15th and received email but no cashback.

The cashback is credited to my card today before 1-2 hours. Had checked 3 hours ago and it was not there. Checked just now and can see 2000 credited. Had purchased 20k egv on 14th Aug.

When exacly do we get offer redeemed email ? I did txn yesterday evening. Nothing moved so far, not even an email !
Update:
1. The physical GVs received in inactivated state are working now.
2. Cashback for transaction on 15th Aug is posted.
Purchased Physical GV on 15th of August. Got email on 17th that said ’Don’t miss out on your Amazon offer’. Transaction has still not moved to Redeemed.
But the transaction moved from Pending to Posted only this morning. But quite confident of getting the cashback as this is Amex. Let me see what happens.
If we buy gift card today, will we get the cashback? Because “pending to posted” takes many days i hear?

I bought physical GVs on 15th Night. The redemption mail came on 16th and the cashback was posted to my account yesterday.
Neither offer is redemeed (still showing in saved section), nor did I receive any email saying offer redeemed. Also, 20K purchase transaction is posted, but cashback is not posted.
Need honest opinion 
Is it safe to buy GV today (offer saved to card) ? If yes, then digital gv or physical gv ?
Honest opinion – Buy at 11:59pm tonight. The thrill and adrenaline rush that it will give you will be amazing.
