Just login via website and verify email and no. And again go to same new mobile and click new user coupon… U will find on your account

Do not use it. That will void your new user coupon saying violation as it happened to me.
Got the 4$ coupon after signing up on a new phone. Placed an order which was promptly cancelled by Aliexpress citing " Coupon violation". What a waste of time.
Me too got the same error and i have to contact their customer to get clarification who told me that you have to use new card, device and account.
$4 off worked for me today on app with purchase of $14 item.

You cannot use vcc,Rupay card.. Just use Global,International card only,Ask your bank they provide you with a new card deducting service charge!

Received an Empty box from Aliexpress today, seller was Edifier, ordered earphone for 2.62$ with 5$off coupon. package had a hole and packet covered with white cello tape. 
Mailed seller with snaps will they send me new one or refund or deny??
Will they refund charged amount if I open a dispute in Aliexpress or I can choose earphone as replacement.
Ask for replacement instead of refund. This seems to be a case of local post office / courrier guys stealing product. Maybe seller is not at fault. Open a dispute if seller is not willing to help or does not reply to your message.. In 99% cases, seller will send a replacement/offer u a coupon so that you can place a new order.
I can placed 3 orders with this coupon. But some how they know we are same person, even we use diff devices, email & no. I don’t know how? My around 7-8 attempts fail.

I had ordered 8 products at Aliexpress, only 3 delivered with in one month and other 5 not delivered even after 2 months. I do not know what happened to them, but support seem helpful, they have not told the actual problem but they reshipped the products.yet to deliver them.
If anyone experienced same problem, please let us know why most of the shipments are not being delivered
