Its working again i was able to get coupon in my two accounts
My Rs. 350/- for two order from same account stuck, coupon getting applied but after payment it shows error. When will I get my refund and I am not getting any “Appeal” button in order history.

Hi, If done did your payment succeeded for the order, I had paid with the debit card having different name then the name in address and profile. This is the reason my order has been failed even after debiting my card, CC said.
