Yes it has always been mentioned as 3 working days… I believe b it should have been working….
Chatting with cc is useless as when u chat that say may be 30000 limit crossed hence you might not receive…. In one addition same happened to me 4-5 days down the line I pinged cc… They said no way to check the number is customer already redeemed… And I would have not been eligible but 2-3 later got 50 extra

Send it to your mobile number and redeem using the link and that is recvd on your mobile and the pass code that is generated on your mobile that is registered with pockets wallet. Both mobile nos can be same.
Click send/transfer money, select contact no. and then enter mobile no. manually.
