For verification, I forgot to set the sim as default for sms first time. It threw up a failure message. Now, it gives the same message every time even after changing the default sim.
This had happened to me earlier in their 50 extra offer , I deactivated the other sim and kept only one sim activated and no issues then

No, they aren’t yet.

User Name/Id is the one selected by you , if you forgot the username then they don’t have current facility to get it for you. (May be telephonic conv helps u , i tried it via the chat facility and they couldn’t resolve it)

hmmm u can try this way….. pockets account is actually tied up to icici net banking…. so u can use your pocket details on icici net banking website…. or even on imobile app

By using the pockets userid and pwd login to icicic bank website and you can add a payee there and then login to pockets to transfer the money. I did this yesterday.
