This is the first time I have had so may problems at once. First, my delivery was delayed 4-5 times then I got a damaged product. So I called the customer service and was explaining the situation, and he the customer service person hung up the call. Very displeased with the service. view more

Very bad experience with Myntra. They even don't have proper tracking system. You can not see live tracking status. I have ordered at 22nd Dec and status of product was same until 27th Dec. After that got message i.e. You order has been shipped. I mean seriously after 5 days? Then till now no status update on app and message. Very worst experiance with myntra. I ordered a item from myntra , order is paid not COD. Expected delivery date 15 dec. Its 18 dec. today and still not getting order and also not getting any update related to order. If we contact to customer care(i contacted more than 10 times), these guys only telling we will deliver it today. are you making people fool???? stop this nonsence plzzz......!!! . Please do not buy anything from myntra they take the money online and send you a message that the product is delivered successfully without delivering the product. There is a fraudulent activity happening please beware. Pathetic service. When u call them Call centre advisors pretend to be very concerned and promise to resolve your query but they just don't care. just imagine how much money these guys are making by cheating people. I love online shopping from Myntra as it has very nice collections at affordable prices and some of its brands like Dressberry, Faballey are great if you want party wear and roadster, kook & keech has nice collection of casual clothes. Myntra keeps sending promotional msgs saying 50% off etc. But what they actually do is that they increase the price to double and then show 50% off. When myntra launched at that time their prices were reasonable now they dont offer real discounts. Products are not worth the price. Its better to shop in stores. view more
