@saswata8 Spend criteria is Axis MyZone Credit Card feature. No matter which card network you used, you need to spend 50k/quarter for access lounge.

Probably, your account too blocked, like most of the accounts, even with Aadhaar XML KYC.
You may check by logging into NSDL Bank App -- Accounts -- Account Details -- BLOCKED, alternatively you may also check whether you able to send money by UPI thru any app? If blocked, debit freezed thru all channels (UPI/DC/IMPS/NEFT)
