Hahaha... another useless service as all claim 10 mts but take much more. Flipkart minutes yesterday showed 3 mts to me and delivered after 14 mts and showed delivered on time. Blinkit once took 113 mts to deliver showing 15 mts to delivery for nearly 90 mts of the same. BBNow cancelled a good number of orders after 30 mta showing 26 mts for delivery and had to fight for refund. Tata Neu is a waste as most of the time app doesn't work at all. Westside, I am in consumer forum as they charged me higher than MRP of their own private label. Offers are not honored and customer support doesn't exists. Platform fee, packing fee, green fee, are all other killing elements. My local Kirana delivers fastest and is the best. Doesn't need advance payment also, that later you fight for refund as BB and Flipkart only deliver broken eggs and will not allow you to open and check.
I am not even sure why everyone is launching these 10 min service. Who wants salt and pepper in 10 min. Are we all really becoming so dumb and lazy?

But 10 min is way too much I feel but yes India seems to be liking based on the sales volumes at least
But yes at least in blr, I don't think they can really deliver in 10 min
In my opinion there is no need for extreme urgent grocery or food delivery. Medicines should be the only choice. I pity those riders who ride like maniacs jumping signals, cutting other road users and riding on the wrong side putting their own and others lives at risk.
