Swiggy Instamart recently improved its negative EBITDA of 39% to a negative 16%. The 10-minute quick commerce space in India is without a doubt a booming market. The quick commerce app, Swiggy is yet to make any official announcements on the new service launch but the platform is already delivering OTC medications such as cough & cold medicines, pain relief spray, etc. So the 10-minute medicine delivery service can fit pretty well in its ecosystem.
Interestingly, Swiggy Instamart isn’t the only one delivering these OTC medicines. Zepto, Blinkit, BigBasket, and JioMart are also a few names in this space.
