Akshay Kumar starrer OMG 2 will be released on 11 August, 2023 in your nearest theaters. The actor announced the same on Friday, 9 June on his Twitter and Instagram accounts. Fans have been waiting for the release of Oh My God 2 for so many years after OMG released in 2012 and got so much love from the audience. Now that the OMG 2 release date is so close, people have high hopes from the movie, Akshay Kumar, and the cast of OMG 2. Directed by Amit Rai, OMG 2 will release within a few days from now and it is expected to do really well at the box office.

The Oh My God 2 movie will have Akshay Kumar, Yami Gautam, and Pankaj Tripathi as three of the leading characters. The OMG 2 cast looks very promising if we look at these actors’ previous movies and how they have done so well in every role they were offered. The actor tweeted this announcement with this caption- “आ रहे हैं हम, आइयेगा आप भी. 11th August. In theatres. #OMG2” (Translation: We are coming, you should come too. 11th August. In theatres. #OMG2). The same caption was seen on his Instagram post:

This makes it evident that the release date of OMG 2 is 11 August and the movie will be released in theaters first. As you can see, Akshay Kumar's look in the poster resembles that of Lord Shiva, which means that the story will go accordingly in OMG 2. 

There is no official trailer of the OMG 2 movie releasing on 11 August. All those trailers that you would find on YouTube are fanmade and most of them are just clickbait videos that would just waste your time with some old, edited clips. Rest assured, the OMG 2 trailer is yet to be released and we will make sure to update you as soon as there is any official announcement or release.

OMG 2, just like the original Oh My God movie, will follow a story inspired by some Hindu beliefs and this time around, the story seems to have Lord Shiva instead of Lord Krishna.
