JioMart Express enters Instant Grocery Delivery Space but its not 10 mins!
JioMart to join Swiggy Instamart, BlinkIt, Zepto, and others with JioMart Express. We might also see a new JioMart Express App.

After Swiggy Instamart, BlinkIt, Zepto, and others, JioMart will enter the Instant Grocery Delivery Space with JioMart Express. JioMart Express is expected to go live this week in Navi Mumbai from where it started its operations for JioMart. After this it will expand to its other delivery regions in India.
Recently, Zomato also announced Zomato Instant for 10-min Food Delivery. It will also be interesting to see how Tata’s BigBasket reacts to this as they have their BB Now.
JioMart Express will use its JioMart Partner kirana stores as dark stores for Instant Grocery Delivery. It will also take help from Dunzo in cities (metros) where Dunzo is well established. Recently in Jan 2022, Reliance took 26% stake in Dunzo by funding it with $240 million. Dunzo also has its own instant grocery delivery app in Dunzo Daily.
JioMart Express will not deliver in 10 minutes unlike other Instant Grocery Delivery apps such as Swiggy Instamart, BlinkIt, Zepto, Flipkart Quick, Amazon Fresh, and others. It is estimated to have an instant delivery time range of 30 mins to 2 hrs.
It will have 2000 SKUs for fulfilling the instant delivery promise. Currently these will include all the popular and best-selling items based on the area/region. Rumors are that we might see a separate JioMart Express App.
Currently, JioMart delivers in upto 3 days time. It also delivers on the same day based on your location. Future Retail’s Big Bazaar has also been taken over by Reliance Smaart so this might also help them in fulfilling orders when demand rises.

Reliance jio, uses this tactic it will launch its service regardless of the existing infra structure and then slowly and steadily improve its service, this method of development is seen in almost all its product, maybe they are doing same thing with jio mart express
Bigbasket, Zepto and Dunzo 10 min apps are too pricey and limited. Jiomart gives great deals and is one of the best in delivery and returns. Hope the express version has same experience.
I will not support and order 10min delivery from any app as I have not desperate to receive any item in 10 min. Another imo reason is it will definitely impact badly on delivery boys like rash driving, no rest, rushing. 1 to 2 hours delivery is ok for me.
jiomart is pathetic, most of the time order gets cancelled or even if it gets delivered half of the items are oos, it takes 2 days for them to even process the order.
I get my order delivered on the same day Depends upon city to city
Jiomart is gareebon ka big basket. They will never achieve 10 mins delivery.
I think grofers will cut lot of market share now
If user manages to find the product and complete the order on jiomart in 10 mins, that itself will be biggest achievement for reliance.
Most jio products or services are all screwed up implementations. Only looks good on paper and in annual share holders meetings. All jhumlas.
Lol, Bigbasket can never match the pricing of Jiomart. Bigbasket is for people who dont know the real price of veggies in market 😄😄
Bigbasket prices are better than market rates in Mumbai, atleast in my area.
Jiomart is similar pricing, but bb is faster
Jio Mart is excellent in Bangalore.
JioMart is excellent in Mumbai.
Services have improved as time has passed.
Also Jio owns Dunzo and Dunzo Daily delivers in 10 minutes.
Infact, the dunzo daily store supplies from the same store as swiggy instamart, the swiggy instamart store moved to a different location for me.
Jiomart pricing is good, delivery is OK, but the software is pathetic. You can’t find a product at any given point of time, now days I am driving to reliance smart to buy as I am Fedded with pathetic app and website
I have used around all of these in Noida. I can rate these services on basis off app design, ease in app usage and delievery service –

8. Dunzo they removed its services from ncr 2 year ago idk why.
Just a matter of time, swiggy/ Jio will acquire whole dunzo. Dunzo basically running only on funding with very low revenue.
No matter Jiomart has Money power from Ambanis , but it will have to improve its Management Effectively and provide proper services in terms of delivery of orders with minimalistic cancellations ,or else it will perish just because of Mis-management .
