iPad Pro M4 launched with Apple Pencil Pro and Magic Keyboard

In the recent Apple Event, the company has come up with an all-new iPad Pro powered by M4 chip along with Apple Pencil Pro and a new Magic Keyboard. All these 3 new Apple products will be available from 15th May 2024 but pre-ordering has started. You can save on these via Apple Store offers.

The new iPad Pro has got a thin and light design, Ultra Retina XDR display with OLED technology, fastest M4 chip, iPadOS 17, and powerful AI capabilities. It promises the best of portability and performance. M4’s basic role here is to enable the precision, color, and brightness of the Ultra Retina XDR display.

On the launch, John Ternus, Apple’s senior vice president of Hardware Engineering said:-

With the breakthrough Ultra Retina XDR display, the next-level performance of M4, incredible AI capabilities, and support for the all-new Apple Pencil Pro and Magic Keyboard, there’s no device like the new iPad Pro.”

This latest iPad Pro 2024 is the thinnest Apple product ever with the 11-inch model being 5.3 mm thin and the 13-inch one being even more thin at 5.1 mm. Overall weight is also reduced considerably.

Its new CPU offers upto 4 performance cores and now 6 efficiency cores, 2 with next-generation machine learning accelerators, to deliver upto 1.5x faster CPU performance over M2 in the previous-generation iPad Pro. It has also got better cameras and connectivity.

Talking about the new Apple Pencil Pro, it has got a new sensor that can sense a user’s squeeze, bringing up a tool palette to quickly switch tools, line weights, and colors, all without interrupting the creative process. Moreover, it has a ‘Find My’ tracker which is not seen in previous Apple Pencils.

Moving on to the new Magic Keyboard, it now has a function row for access to screen brightness, volume controls, and more. Additionally, you get aluminum palm rest and larger trackpad that’s even more responsive with haptic feedback.
