Dear OP, I believe I read somewhere in T&C stating that bank offers cannot be clubbed with the pre book offers
I also heard the same, we cannot apply bank offers/coupons/ plus coins on pre booking orders

Wrong Information. Card discounts are not applicable on pre book product orders as per flipkart t n c.
please read the FAQs on the pre book page on Flipkart right at the bottom..except for d flipkart card 5% no other card offer is applicable.
If you Pre-book we will miss the sbi additional 10% during the sale

There ‘Guaranteed’ is nothing in my personal experience of recent 15 sept 20 pre book sale
You can save 100% by not booking anything. 
You can save thousands by uninstalling desidime app then, lol, Just kidding.
