The Flipkart Big Billion Days Sale 2022 started on 22nd September, and had the iPhone 13 at its lowest price ever of ₹46,000 including bank offers and extra sale discounts. However, only a limited number of users were able to order at this price as it went ‘out of stock’ quickly. What’s more, some of these users faced order cancellation due to anomalies.
Flipkart faced a lot of criticism due to this. Also, #iPhone13Cancelled was trending on Twitter a few days back. Now, the company has decided to compensate these users with a ₹10,000 Flipkart Coupon. This coupon can be used to make any purchases on Flipkart for a set period.
As the Big Billion Days sale is progressing, the price of iPhone 13 is rising. Currently, it is priced at ₹55,000 on Flipkart after 5 days of the sale.
Flipkart said that 70% of all iPhone orders across Guntur, Gorakhpur, and Siliguri have been successfully delivered while less than 3% of orders have been cancelled.
To claim the ₹10,000 Flipkart Coupon, affected customers need to contact the Flipkart customer care and ask for the reward. Checkout this tweet for proof.

I don't think Flipkart 'll give this 10k coupon to the affected users. If they can give this 10k coupon to those users then they could have asked the sellers to deliver iPhone13 at that price.
And I think, If flipkart provides such coupon then it'll be applicable only on same purchase i.e iPhone 13.
Flipkart is providing coupon. I got two coupons 7100 and 10,000 in same account. They sent it twice.

This might be true, as during very first billion day sale they had cancelled my 3 orders. But around 2 months later I got 7500 x 3 vouchers from them. Which could be used on any product. I had ordered a Hitachi AC by paying 6500 extra.
