The company has yet again made a comeback on the surface, rising from the tussle of bringing its 4G & 5G services into the country amidst competitors like Reliance Jio, Airtel & Vi. While they promised 5G by August 2023 and 4G by November 2022, the telco is still working on making its 4G service available country-wide. However, BSNL subscribers are in luck, because the BSNL Diwali 2023 Offers are here, and unlike BSNL's timelines, these offers appear promising.

State-run Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) in FY23 has widened its loss and reduced its wireless user base from 113.6 million in FY2022 to 103.5 million in FY2023. The telecom brand’s wireline business too doesn’t seem to be doing so well either with a reduced user base count as compared to the previous financial year.

But on the brighter side, BSNL is still one of the most affordable tariff options for many people and if the telco improves its services & network, it could give other competitor telcos a good run for their money.

BSNL Diwali Offers 2023 were announced yesterday 2nd November on the BSNL official Twitter platform. The company is currently offering some extra data benefit offers on select BSNL plans. We will see which of these BSNL Diwali plans are but first, note that these special Diwali benefits by BSNL are only applicable on the BSNL Selfcare app. With that said, here’s a list of BSNL Diwali Offer Plans 2023:

Following are the plans where BSNL is said to be offering Diwali special benefits to its customers. Note that these offers are only applicable to the BSNL Selfcare app which as per some news was recently revamped.

• BSNL 251 Recharge Plan comes with 3GB Extra Data

• BSNL 299 Recharge Plan comes with 3GB Extra Data

• BSNL 398 Recharge Plan comes with 3GB Extra Data

• BSNL 499 Recharge Plan comes with 3GB Extra Data

• BSNL 599 Recharge Plan comes with 3GB Extra Data

• BSNL 666 Recharge Plan comes with 3GB Extra Data

The BSNL Diwali recharge plans except for Rs.251 and Rs.299 were launched earlier so its better before recharging, do make sure to read the terms and conditions to check if these offers are still applicable.

• BSNL 251 Recharge Plan

This is a data voucher that offers 75 GB data + Zing music, videos and movies with a 28 days validity

• BSNL 299 Recharge Plan

This is a unlimited voice plan which offers unlimited calling + unlimited 3GB per day data + 100 SMS/day

• BSNL 398 Recharge Plan

This is a data voucher with unlimited voice calling + unlimited data up to 120GB + 100 SMS/day and a validity of 30 days

• BSNL 499 Recharge Plan

This is a unlimited voice plan which offers unlimited calling + unlimited 2GB per day data + 100 SMS/day and a validity of 75 days

• BSNL 599 Recharge Plan

This is a unlimited voice plan which offers unlimited calling + unlimited 3GB per day data + 100 SMS/day with 84 days validity and Zing+PRBT + Astrotell and GameOn services

• BSNL 666 Recharge Plan

This is a unlimited voice plan which offers unlimited calling + unlimited 2GB per day data + 100 SMS/day with a validity of 105 days
