It is said to be the first-ever smart ring in India with features like heart rate monitoring, sleep patterns analysis, etc. boAt recently announced its boAt smart ring yesterday on its Twitter with the tagline “Your Wellness in a Ring. Coming Soon” While boAt has not disclosed any information on the boAt smart ring launch date, price, or features. Here’s all that we know so far about the upcoming boAt smart ring launch in India.

Since they need to sell the product on accuracy, i believe it's gonna be better than watches. i hope so.
Oura had launched this in the US during covid.. (2020). They had given it to a bunch of NBA players to track them while they were in the covid bubble.
They have been in the market prior to 2020. I have heard tim ferris and dr. peter attia talk about them.
