I can post pics if you want. warranty card is there which states indian warranty, invoice is never needed, if you have gotten tommy’s watch repaired before , they never ask for invoice.

And dude, it’s not 2nd hand, it’s brand new. and i am expecting as per official pricing because in flipkart it’s out of stock and FK does this everytime, if something is out of stock, they price is very low, when the product comes online again, the price goes to the mrp again. Recalled for what ? it’s out of stock. It is getting sold offline. My mistake, I am generally smartphones fan, what I said , 11 months warranty actually is 24 months, thanks to you, I didn’t spend my time looking at the warranty card. I thought all electronics or watches these days comes with 1 year warranty, that doesn’t mean I am lying or selling some 3rd grade black market watch, it just means I didn’t bother to see the info because I have better things to do. I have shopped alot in flipkart , and they are famous in jacking the prices down when something in not in stock, and when it does come in stock, the prices goes back to original. If you don’t know that, then that’s your problem. This has happened with me many times before. That’s why I prefer to shop on amazon, because they don’t use these cheap tricks to lure customers, they don’t show price at all, they just say item currently not available, that’s it. And the watch I ma selling, it has a MRP, probably means it’s INDIAN version. And yes, I don’t have time, no I really don’t. What’s your problem with that? I saw an email from desidime with comment notification that’s why I came to dd and commented, otherwise I generally come here once/twice(may be) in a day when I get time. It’s called being a grown up. Something someone probably will agree with me who has a job, and friend’s and a relationship. There is no shop to begin with, I got it from my company as being in top sales. And PM is ignored for not making sense, I wanted to report the posts but to my surprise I don’t see any report button in DD, generally a forum does have a report button, anyways I was at my job so didn’t have time to check hence, I moved on.

And now, as I said, this was given as an incentive gift (not including cash incentive, and monthly incentive) from the company I work for being a top performer. I did got 3 other gifts which m nt selling, selling this only because I really don’t need it. The company buys these gifts just before 15-20 days so that it can give to possible performers. (hence why I said 1 month less warranty may be the problem in my initial post).

I really don’t have any problems replying to anybody, but atleast give me time, it wasn’t even 24 hours, and I genuinely said I was at work, but still I wasn’t given a chance to prove myself.

On the top of it, the one who started all this, wasn’t even interested, or even inquired or asked for any discount, none! just plain no sense trolling no matter what. Anyways, I apologize for calling him cheap skate, bad judgement on my part.

And I think this is the first time I am selling a physical item on desidime, and believe me, I tried to check all the rules before even making the thread(checked sticky). Followed the nomenclature, but should have included pics right from start and should have checked the warranty properly. I apologize, I hope it’s fine if I keep this selling thread here.
