1. they created a false promo code to make full the buyers
2. they cancelled all order booked through use of promo code
3. but order booked without promo code they say order shipped

these are three things due to which u should ban retailmart.com

Greetings from RetailMart Team.

We regret for the inconvenience caused to few of the members because of “Cancellation of Orders”.

We have served the maximum number of orders placed with “Coupons”. However, due to limited stock on such an exclusive deal, first priority has been given to the paid orders.

All the orders with coupons which are “PAID” have been processed and will be served soon.

We managed to serve most of the non-paid orders but still couldn’t serve few of the orders and these are either the non-paid orders or the Cash on Delivery orders.

We apologies for the inconvenience caused.
