Infinity’s marketing department would face a lot of flak for putting (JBL) name while selling these products. It’s nowhere near JBL’s quality or sound signature else it would have been branded JBL. This move in-turn will end up hurting JBL’s branding cause people who buy Infinity will think they’re getting JBL’s quality and end up blaming JBL
