Earning Dimes is not necessary.
Contribute in the forum with posting your experience / helping others / make friends by sharing and giving
your unwanted coupons , etc and you wouldn’t be treated as a newbie even if your dimes are less 
referral link : any website address which has your private code/name/number/link attached and may get you any kind of incentives from that respective site due to having that code/name/number/link are called referral link. Not sure if I am able to explain clearly. In a rush otherwise would have given few examples as well.

There is “Monitor Topic” Checkbox on all thread.. tried checking it…not sure how that works?
If this feature is not present, definitely needs to me implemented..its a pain in the A** finding such threads..if they are not being regularly posted!
