Negative karma - A weapon of personal attack?

It seems adding negative karma has become a tool of personal attack if one objects your derogatory comments or differ in opinion. Last night when few anti-national goons who probably workship people like godse were making fun of Mahatma Gandhiji and writing objectionable contents about him that too in a admin's thread and admins were sleeping, I objected and woke them up to take actions. Three of those goons started giving me negative karma. As they know I can't hit back on this front as negative karma adding power is limited to only some. I think DD either should give this power to all or remove this for all. They can't give a biased power and discriminate with others as they are running a public platform.
