Lets Shift all off topic discussion from hotdeal Section

Hello guys, Since quite some time we have seen lots of off topic discussion is going on in hot deal section. And we hardly see any comment related to actually deals. For some its difficult to understand whats going on in that very thread. So from now on lets restrict all discussion in hot deal section to deals and offers only. For all other off topic discussion kindly use other forums. We are also receiving many queries related to fpds. So ask us in this section we will reply each one of them, give us atleast 24hrs of time to address them,sometimes we are short of hands, sometime few of admin and mods are not available due to various reasons so we may take 48hrs to get back. But be assured we will reply to each one of those queries.

and hence it was not promoted. also there was only 1 like, so many might have missed it.
and as you have seen we try to appreciate and comment on such deals. Infact current price is bit high but cheapest. it can be promoted now as well. Let me check that once again.

Its my bad, i could not find that deal which is shared by livedeal, and yes we have seen that you all admins try to appreciate the deals which are really good, but sometimes you might have missed deals that needs to be promoted. And as far as VU is concerned, you have seen there are many dimers who are just here to buy or loot silently without bothering to voted up the good deals…same is true the other way round.

This was a happy hour deal expired yesterday at 3pm (the message was there at the bottom of the thread too). I posted the deal today as the happy hour was given today also. Then why was it merged by jammy?
I missed a chance of fpd, I lost my channel hotness, and definitely didn’t like it. I had a conversation with jammy and not glad about it. And may go for dimers opinion about it.

deals was active 4 days back. Someone bought it yesterday. Was it live a day before and a day before that ? i dont see any comments related to that. Also number of product are more in this thread and individual links are provided for the sae, And deals are sometime kept with higher expiry date. So if its not marked expired in our system that doesnt means offer is going on at Amazon end as well.

Was it a lightening deal was it a special special was it a launch offer , why would you think that it was expired ???

How that is adding value ?? Why you promoted the old deal which had mo individual deal links ???

Did I tag you in a one month old deal ??

@Beinghuman i cant prove it was expired, i will follow what i see in forum, and i dont see it was live either. If you find it rubbish then its your problem.

Are you seeing anything different ? We all are seeing the same thing that earlier deal is still ACTIVE, but you’re asking useless question that there was no comments in that thread.

So you want whoever buys any product from a deal should post that he bought till the Deal is Live ??

I have not visited the front page of DD in like an year. The selections are so shitty that they add no values. Mods have gone bumbuzzle.
I visit feeds 1st and then DnD and sometimes hot deals.

Why it has been removed from FPD Guys… just becouse of someone wrote it’s available for 7800 offline. Have you checked offline price? before removing from FPD.

As far as offline price is concerned, its not available for the same price all over india. Its vary from state to state, depends on the seller whether its big or small, and many more parameters…

Earlier one is posted by rajasekharstrikes… with price Rs.9618 + Shipping and thats promoted to FPD. There no one would talk about offline price.

Sorry but I do not support that.
Me after being part of DesiDime from little over 5 years and 8 months all I did was do off topic discussions so mere liye ye to galat hua.

Anyways it will be difficult for me to stop that suddenly cos DesiDime is not a school or office where we come post deals, talk about it and go home.
Before banning me do send me a notification so that I can do lot of off topic discussions one last time.

+1..especially the “strictly part”.
It’s like a school or college where the only thing you’re supposed to do is study and you can only have fun outside the classroom.

Conversations have happened in the Hot Deals section for many years and we’ve been doing just fine. I genuinely don’t see why people won’t be able to tolerate a few off topic posts here and there. Same thing with the Hindi rule. To the credit of the admins, they have been quite lenient in enforcing the Hindi rule. I don’t know whether that’s intentional or not, but I hope they do the same in this case as well.
