How to attach high quality ss without link?

Recently i have been facing an issue on Dd that my most recent screenshot is not immediately shown in dd while trying to upload it. Many times people say show ss or send ss for reference or help and then i have to upload it on image url and give the link to them because my new screenshots are not showing in dd while trying to upload. Also one more thing, can anyone tell me how do people upload high quality images on here, i have seen many people do it, is there any special process for that?
