Desidime gift voucher not received
Hello dimers, I have redeemed my dimes for an amazon gift voucher on 25 JAN 2023 (request ID : 1674632977) which is marked as delivered on desidime website but I have not received it.Previously, also I have redeemed my dimes for vouchers & they were delivered within 48 hours on my email.
I have contacted the desidime team on email & on chat but no response
has been provided .
I would have not contacted the desidime team if the voucher request was marked as open but it is marked as delivered & I haven't received it.
Any other dimers facing this issue or am I missing something ?

Our Engineering team is continuing to work with upstream providers to fix the network connectivity issues we are experiencing in the BLR1 region. The problems appear to be a direct result of multiple subsea fiber faults in the APAC region causing congestion resulting in packet loss and increased latency connecting to the BLR1 region, especially on US BLR bi-directional routes.
