cancellation of solar application

I made an application in PM Suryghar poratl on 12th February 2024 under old scheme, but i have not yet installed solar system at my home.  As per mnre current guideline s, you can't claim subsidy after 31st October 2024.

I already raised a ticket in pm Suryghar poratl but he said me your application cannot be deleted as per new guideline of mnre.


Please tell me the solution for this query...
