Can we have "second BOOKMARK SECTION" without any notification?

Not talking about existing bookmark option available in DD
I feel some threads, I need to check MANUALLY every time by having URL saved somewhere but i dont need notification update from them,
So 2nd set of bookmark option without notification will help
from this 2nd set of bookmark list, I can click and view it whenever i need it
is this possible?

Something like "Collections" in Instagram and Pinterest.
Or Having Search Option Within Bookmark Window to Find Out Easily Like Giving This in Advance Search (An Extra Filter)

The thing is search option is tedious, there are times when we just want to click and go:)
so if a page filled with eg: 20 personal favorite threads (i call this the 2nd bookmark section), then we can just click it and go and back and forth to usual pages of DD
search again is too much for quick moving to regularly comment or check the thread we usually have more presence on
it will improve regular users experience:) with this 20 personal favorite thread list (20 is just my example you can keep it as 5 or 10 or...15 or so)
I mean I have too many bookmarks in DD , now I can't go to the ones I really need it:) TOO MUCH CLUTTERED
so this personal 2nd bookmark section will help:) to book mark the ones i refer again and again
any possibility to implement this?
