The question is, Everytime when it happens Zerodha just say - Sorry! . Is this Sorry is sufficient to compensate the losses of Users ??

I was using Zerodha during 2020-2022. Now since last 2 years Finvasia (shoonya) Zero commision (ony stt etc taxed and dmat selling fees Rs 12/scrip) After 4pm I trade silver (1kg) gold Mini ,Natural gas mini & crude mini in the same deposit(margin) .nowadays smooth. no issue . If I forget to close MIS share ,they close at 3.20pm (profitor loss ) at no cost too .

I myself lost 4.5% (8000+) in a day due to Zerodha's delay and not my fault.
They simply say inconvenience regretted but who will bear the loss?
This is more loss in a single day than Desidime has saved for a decade.
Just imagine it.
Also, they have lost my trust because of inconsistency in charging quarterly AMC and suddenly add 3 quarters fee one fine day and then would charge 2-3% penalty per month for delayed payments.
Cheap tricks.
Also, before charging they categorically transfer back all funds to bank and then charge you. This ensures, you have negative balance on console.
Lame tactics by Zerodha. Totally disappointing

SEBI ka abhi circular aaya ha but shoonya, mstock ma 0 brokerage haa aall segment ma try kar sakta ho zerodha sa acha DHAN ha uska interface kafi smooth haa
