Zepto Surge Fee

Zepto charged me surge fee of Rs. 30 but still it is delivering the order in 30 minutes, don't know why it charged Rs. 30 if it want to give order late? Although, I will be giving 0 star rating because I am not satisfied with this deduction, can you please suggest if this is wrong or right?

I think the consept of surge charge is it self a scam, they are charging customers because they have less employees 😄
That's means delivery partner shortage is responsibility of customer and not the service providers.
Or they are saying don't place to many orders with us we are not capable of service those many orders, still if customer wants us to server they have to pay us extra because they are ordering to much. So stop ordering and avoid surge charge😄
It is one of biggest scam they take membership fee of 39 per month then they say order above 299 and get off and finally they charge surge fee if 30 rs so indirectly order more and don’t take any off
