Zepto Shamelessly sending expired products

This is my terrible experience with Zepto where they are sending expired or very close to expired products whenever they are on offer. How does the country permit such sellers to continue and exist. If this was US or any developed country the company would have been sued with a hefty penalty and even cancellation of licences to sell.
This has been twice now that I have been sent expired products. Vitamins, fresh foods and packaged products all expired.

Happened with me too...they refunded though after complaint... being careful now and checking expiry everytime as don't have any trust on these apps

Sue them as you have enough proofs
