postpaid plans are only good if you can group your family members. Not useful for single users. the choice of plan/service provider would depend upon the number of users, total monthly data requirement for all users and network coverage of the locations where the users would normally be during the month.

airtel gives the benefit of unused data rollover, jio does not. also, airtel never changes plans for old users (except once for 1 plan in last 10 years) even when the plan is discontinued for new users but jio is known to migrate users to new plan.

Postpaid Plans are always Expensive Compared to Prepaid and I don't think apart from OTT Benefits there are any Strong Features.

Plan name and how to get it online or in store ?

I have BSNL Post paid. I pay 235/- all inclusive. I don't use data.

Benefits : I get OTP SMS and sometimes alerts from the weatherman. 

Biggest benefit is I'm getting network coverage where none of the other service providers have presence.
