Till now I redeemed only 7 vouchers worth Rs 1000 Amazon shopping vouchers. Last one was redeemed on 19 Aug. Today I tried to redeem 8th voucher of Rs 200 but I get this message "You have reached the max claim limit for this voucher". As per TnC "the maximum number of Amazon Shopping Vouchers that a Cardholder may redeem against an Amazon account shall be 30." I contacted Amazon support but they are unable to answer it.

Visa tap and pay vouchers not working. Normal ones are working.
I too faced the same issue on Sept 2, but then added the voucher to my mom's Amazon account and it worked. Another voucher issued on Sept 4 and now the same issue pops up..after just using it once in my mom's account.
Amazon won't be able to help us out in any possible way, the issue seems to be with Visa. I'll drop them an email today.
Visa limited 1 for each account now. May be too many claims visa planning to close offer before the due date.

Idiots have violated their own Terms and Conditions. 30 vouchers my foot, can't even add 2nd voucher from same card or 3rd voucher from 2nd tap to pay card. Idiots ko ab sab escalate etc karna padega. Scamazon gadhe kuch thik se nhin kar sakte aaj kal
Same here... Last month it was fine... seems to be an issue from this month. Not allowing to redeem even 1 voucher. I tried with my friend's account and it allowed only 1 voucher to be redeemed. I mailed the Visa pay, hopefully they resolve this. It would be better if more people mail about the issue.

All vouchers can be added again. Looks like ranting on Twitter and/or emailing RazorPay email worked. Scamazon fixed it

after how many days can we claim vocuher after tap and pay? i spent around last month but still nothing on claim page.
15 days after doing transaction
If we do eligible third transaction on 25 oct, can we claim the voucher after 28 Oct, as voucher can only be claimed after 7-10 days after transaction?
