Sabse jyada jhatka laga ha real estate walo ko.
Capital gain se indexation benefit nikal diya.
That means no inflation adjusted calculation while selling real estate.
Govt is slowly but surely moving towards DTC (Direct Tax Code). Matlab aap jahase v kamao, tax as per slab Dena padega.
Govt is discouraging people to invest in share market, mutual fund, real estates..
But where should we invest then?
