I have purchased a product of 21499 on EMI from Amazon as discount was on EMI only and not on full payment. I just want to know the procedure to cancel EMI and what would be charges.

Based on T&C, you can request Yes bank to cancel EMI only with in 15 days if the original transaction is cancelled or refunded. In all other cases preclosure of 4% + GST

U cant cancel it in yes bank... You have to foreclose it... With 3%+ gst charges...
