Yes bank CC refund 10k after bill generation

If I get 10k refund after generation of statement. I will pay the outstanding then can I ask the bank to refund the amount to my savings account. As I don't use the card frequently I don't want 10k negative amount left on my card.

For HSBC I only paid outstanding minus refund. Not sure in this case. If not can I get the refund to account?

In most cases, you should be OK with paying just the total bill - refund.
