Yes bank app cashback failed

There was one offer in yes bank app .
Pay 2000 to any merchant and get 100 cashback..
I paid 5 days ago now checked the transaction.
Cashback is failed and I am not able to send it again.
There is no option to raise ticket for this transaction.
What to do now ?
