Koi mujh please bata sakta hai ye notification kis chiz ka hai
Mobile bhi reset kar lia still this is coming up randomly
Whatsapp is the only application that is installed.
It would a great help if someone can help

The icon used to belong to google play music.

Such test notifications are often used by messaging apps (handling sms) to show that changed/new settings/notifications are working as they should. Check in your notification settings which app recently used/showed notifications & if you see your messaging app listed there without receiving any sms then that is the reason.
