Did that app came pre installed? Usually it's not pre installed. If you don't want then uninstall it.

He is not talking about Accubattery message. He has circled the message (some gibberish words) with red pen near notification area.
PS: Check your sim manager settings, maybe it's the name of your SIM (someone may have edited it.)
