Wrong & Tempered product

I ordered a cottinfab Black embroidery A line dress worth 1000/-. It was delayed delivery and delivery man mentioned order load. Later I received a product that was tempered and product inside was different product and had no tags. It seems it was stolen by someone on the way and was swapped with bad cloth inside the bad with the help of cuts in it. Now after so many complains myntra is not accepting the returns. Whom to blame and where to find solution... We loose money and time both after cloths and fake promises..Their grievience system is also not working no one pics the call, the IVR has no option for wrong product.
Not expected this from Myntra.
