I had contacted the shopclues customer care & Merchant.he merchant doesn’t listen to my Voice. He ask me to Contact ShopClues.
The ShopClues Team feel sorry for the inconvenience & wants further 3-4 days time to resolve reminder/complaint and the gram-phone record continues without giving solution to my problem.
15Days /5-6 reminders are gone. NO word on replacement or refund.They are toying with customers,making false promises and false discounts/Offers
I suggest all the people not to shop in shopclues.
It is the worst site and Shopping in shopclues is like going to hell
Think twice before shopping at shopclues.
