Wrong item received, called the help desk for exchange for correct product for more than 6 times, support team is very bad and not updating the delivery person for exchange hence delivery person is not exchanging he has only the product photo and he doesn't have the wrong items photo even after we send it to customer care, even after calling them for 10 times and each call will last long more than 1hr the issue is not resolved. It is waste of money, time and calls following up with customer care. Hopeless customer care team.
