Wrong dilverr

I order a black wallet for two time but deliver me me same wrong product at two time..the seond order was pick up at 16 march for the returned and my money has to refund before 22nd of march but still not yet criteted.its gonna be one month..when i call up telling me to wait for 24hrs to update for refund..i hve been waiting for 122 hrs but still the same no process has beeen taken. Its been calling up for more tan 15 time ..but still telling me to wait for 24 hrs…its a most most wrst experience never face in life..i wish not to happen anymore in my life..remember evryone never think tat u will get urmoney back ones u returned ur product..tis is the most wrst online shopping app i had never experienced. .samefull to the myntra team..sucking customer blood..u the one who diliver me wrong product and lazy to returned my money..wat a same..
